Hi Misty,

I started using this technique a few months ago and ever since I started using it, I don't receive the "exchange administrator" email saying - "Your Inbox has exceeded your storage max"... What I normally do is that I save the attachment in "clients" directory in my system and then just file away the email in it's respective outlook folder.

Excellent Tip!

<strong>Great comment, Ray! I like to do the same thing using EZDetach which is another great Outlook plugin from TechHit. Filing attachments out in your Windows folders as opposed to storing them in Outlook is a great way to keep the size of your Outlook mailbox down and stable. Good for you and thanks for your comment! Misty
