However, if you need a more robust tool like Outlook, then you will find that most web clients still are not quite as feature rich even for email, but especially for calendaring, tasking, journaling, etc.  Misty</description>

Some of our clients have an Exchange Server, and others use hosted Exchange (we use Intermedia).  THere are so many more options when it comes to user configuration, management settings, anti-spam products and services, etc.</description>
