		<description>I can&#039;t imagine that situation, and I agree with #2 - #5. #1 isn&#039;t done in any environment I use Outlook in. But, for me I would add, having the address book functionality. I wouldn&#039;t know anyone&#039;s phone number (or address) without it. I also can&#039;t manage my schedule without the calendar (let alone schedule a meeting between multiple individuals).
