How To Open Up a New Instance of Outlook

From time to time you may want to be able to easily toggle between Outlook folders or view two at the same time. You can have more than one Outlook window at the same time by right clicking on the folder you would like to Open an additional Outlook window for in the Outlook Navigation pain and then selecting “Open in New Window” from the pop up menu (see thumbnail below).

A new Outlook window will open with the folder you clicked on selected.
