Best Practices for Using Microsoft Outlook from a Sales Perspective

Lexus Enform Rocks & Presentation for Professional Women’s Network Next Week

Day 17 at Inbox Zero and it feels great!  My Tasks folder is also up to date and organized which has been great for my efficiency because whenever I have a spare minute or two, I’ve got a prioritized list ready to go.  That list came in handy today when I finished up a task early and realized I had just enough time to make a couple of bank deposits (also on my task list) before my next appointment.  The only problem was that I wasn’t near my home and wasn’t sure where a close branch was.  Enter my Lexus Enform system – I typed in the name of my bank and Enform told me there was one less than a mile away with my 2nd bank right across the street.  So instead of wasting a half hour before my next appointment, I got to check off two more items on my task list – Awesome!

Yes, it feels good to have my Outlook folders back on track again and I’ll be discussing some of the great tools Outlook offers next Tuesday morning at the Professional Women’s Network of Houston meeting.  Here is a short synopsis of my presentation:

Best Practices for Getting More Organized Using Microsoft Outlook

Is the sound of your Outlook alarm more familiar than the sound of your children’s’ voices?  Is purchasing a new computer the most appealing method for clearing your email Inbox? Are you almost certain there is someone you were supposed to call today, but have no clue who that someone is?  If you answered “yes” to any of these questions or just think you could probably stand to be a little bit better organized, you might be surprised by how much Microsoft Outlook can help.  Misty will show you some great Outlook tips that will have you feeling de-cluttered and empowered to take your business to the next level.

Drop by if you’d like to check out either the presentation or the Professional Women’s Network of Houston.
