This simple step by step course will show you how to use Microsoft Outlook in conjunction with our HuntressPro software and other third party software and social networking web sites in a way that will help boost your most profitable revenue streams. Here’s how:

Course Description:

  • Week 1: Better Organization for Better Mining– In week one you will learn how to set up your contact information in Microsoft Outlook and HuntressPro so that you can quickly and easily mine it for the information you need to better understand your network composition. Understanding more about your network helps you more accurately predict the best way to get their attention and promote your product or service. We’ll also talk about best practices for quickly importing data from LinkedIn.com and other sources.
  • Weeks 2 & 3: Quicker Network Segmentation & Access– In weeks two and three you will learn how to view your Outlook data from a business development perspective for quick segmentation and access. This process will help facilitate timely communications and provide valuable direction for targeted marketing campaigns. You will also learn how to use Microsoft Outlook conjunction with online mass mailing programs to establish a drip marketing campaign and stay compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
  • Week 4: Evaluating Activity Effectiveness – In week four you will learn how to keep track of activity with your network in a way where you can not only evaluate the effectiveness of that activity, but also eliminate office clutter and make it much easier and quicker to find historical information about your networking and prospecting activities. We will also cover ways to evaluate your clients and further define your strongest target markets.
  • Week 5: Forecasting Sales & Strategic Adjustments – In week five you will learn how to more accurately predict your upcoming revenue and make strategic adjustments to your sales activities if needed. You will also learn how to glean information from lost ales to help make better prospecting decisions and determine ROI on additional resources needed to help you sell. Finally, you will get further clarification regarding your most valuable referral assets.
  • Week 6: Better Communication by Blogging – In week six you will learn how to use your personal or company blog in conjunction with your contact database to maintain communication, supplement your DRIP marketing and develop rapport with your network. We will cover strategies for combining mass email campaigns with blogging to track success of your communications and which topics are the most effective in getting your network’s attention.
  • Week 7 & 8: The Power of Online Social Networks– In weeks seven and eight you will learn how to use social networking sites like LinkedIn.com, Plaxo.com, Facebook.com and Twitter.com to help build and maintain your contact database as well as enhance the success of your DRIP marketing campaigns. We will cover best practices for getting set up on these sites and using them on an ongoing basis.

Course Format:

How to Profit by Networking & Prospecting will be delivered via weekly self paced tutorials that will include step by step instructions broken down into 5 to 15 minute increments (30-45 minutes total each week). You will also have the opportunity to participate in a weekly conference call to discuss questions from self paced tutorial sessions and share success stories.

How to Profit by Networking & Prospecting Option 3 Fee: $1299

A 25% discount will be applied for any Option 3 participants who refer another Option 3 participant at full price.

In order to take advantage of this great opportunity to enhance your network, you will need to have Microsoft Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Windows XP loaded on your main computer and be willing to commit the time each week to go through the tutorials and participate in the class and private teleconferences.

Course Schedule:

The first weekly tutorial will be made available for download on February 18th, 2008. Once tutorials have been uploaded they will remain available to class participants until 2 weeks after the last weekly group teleconference. Once registration is closed, a regular date and time will be established for weekly group conference calls. Private conference calls will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis with each individual participant – one private conference call should be scheduled for each 2 week period during the course term.
