On the Microsoft Outlook menu bar, go to Tools/Options and the Options window will open (see thumbnail below). Go to the Other tab on the Options window and then click the AutoArchive button
and the AutoArchive window will open (see thumbnail below). The first check box in the AutoArchive window is the Run AutoArchive every XX days box where you fill in the value for XX. Change this value to the desired archive interval and then click the OK button twice.
